Background
Western New York native PA Hoy completed Physician Assistant school at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York in 2009. He was commissioned in the Air Force and received his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2012. He was stationed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Family Practice Clinic and Malmstrom Air Force Base Personnel Reliability and Assurance Program before joining the Arizona Air National Guard.
He is board certified and holds membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Urological Association, and the Western Section American Urological Association. PA Hoy holds privileges at Northwest Medical Center.
In addition to general adult urology, he has special clinical interests in advanced prostate cancer, overactive bladder, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary retention, kidney stone prevention, and he has a growing interest in urological oncology.
Aside from his professional obligations PA Hoy enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include enjoying board games, tennis, volleyball, golf, running, and reading. He also aspires to learn the piano and travel more.
