Introducing MyAUS Through FollowMyHealth
Patient Portal Transition
We have a new Patient Portal as part of our systems transition. The new Portal is provided by Follow My Health and branded for you as My AUS Patient Portal. We are confident that this change will provide our patients with a better experience through a more comprehensive and easy-to-navigate patient portal service.
Your existing portal account from NextGen will remain available for you and can still be accessed but we encourage you to create a new portal account by going to our new website and selecting the new portal link. Although your former portal account remains available for historical reference, all new portal communications will only be supported through the new My AUS Patient Portal.
How can I get support for creating a new Portal account?

What can I expect from this new Follow My Health portal provider?
The My AUS Patient Portal by Follow My Health has many great features, including messaging our medical team, reviewing lab results, and requesting prescription refills. In addition, you will be able to directly message our billing department and have access to your records in a more organized and easier to follow format.
